I used the ability to update to latest FSR for Avatar Frontiers of Pandora in the AMD ReLive application. The result was a good one ! The image is now mercifully free of the horrors of TAA with everything looking a lot sharper. This is on “performance” mode with bias to 4K. The performance mode of FSR 3.1 was little better than TAA. However with 4 this is a huge improvement.
There’s a flickering issue with FSR4 at the moment that manifests when looking at very bright fog that apparently can be fixed by replacing with specific FSR DLL versions. For the moment I’ll just wait for AMD to fix it.
